No sooner have we got Easter behind us and it’s that time to make plans for  “The Vendies!”

We were excited to see the finalists were announced earlier, and even more so when we discovered Excel Vending has been named in not one, not two, but three categories!

We have been selected in the ‘Best Operator (Large)’, ‘Best Overall Operator’, and ‘Best Customer Service’ categories. We are thrilled to be featured in each of these categories, but we also appreciate the quality of our fellow nominees, all of whom deserve to be named. It’s a privilege to work alongside so many quality businesses, all of which represent our industry so well; we congratulate all of the finalists and wish them all well at the awards.

Of course, everyone likes the recognition of being named as a finalist, and even more so when they win; it’s fantastic for the company’s profile. However, we are genuinely pleased for the Excel team. Being nominated wouldn’t have been possible if it hadn’t been for the people in the business and the effort they make daily to provide consistently high-quality service. So, the announcement today is a fitting acknowledgement of all their hard work throughout the year. Thank you to each of them for their continued dedication and support.

The Awards ceremony will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden in London on the 4th of June. We look forward to catching up with our colleagues from the vending industry at The Vendies; it really has established itself as the primary awards event for all businesses involved in vending in the UK.
