Refund Policy

Delivery by courier:

Orders will be dispatched from East Kilbride by courier.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday until 6pm and require a signature on receipt (unless alternative instructions are given if you are going to be out). Under present COVID-19 arrangements the courier will sign on your behalf as part of a contactless delivery.

Whilst we make every effort to supply these products as stated, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.

Delivery of products ordered from stock will normally be sent via overnight courier within UK, from receipt of order. FREE UK Delivery on orders £100 and over – otherwise £8.50, for any queries with regards to delivery please contact us on 01355 269 999, lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

The Company will use its best endeavours to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but time of delivery will not be capable of being made of the essence of the contract as actual delivery to the Customer will be by independent carrier and outside the direct control of the Company.

Returns

In the unlikely event of products being faulty or of sub-standard quality, please report such problem immediately to the Company using the enquiry form or contact details on the website. Arrangements for the return of such product will be made on your behalf and the cost of return and replacement will be met fully by the Company. Goods should be returned together with original packaging wherever possible.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable. Returns must be notified to us in writing within 14 working days from the day after delivery of the goods and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
