As we enter 2018, and Excel’s 25th year in business, we were thrilled to find out that we have been shortlisted as finalists for “Excellence in Customer Service” at the prestigious Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards. These business awards were set up to recognise the success and achievement of the Lanarkshire business community and to showcase the best performing businesses in Lanarkshire.
This Customer Service Award recognises businesses that demonstrate outstanding commitment to customer service throughout all aspects of the business, from high levels of customer care, through to staff development and strategy.
We are doubly excited about this award, not only because the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards are also celebrating their 25th year, but to be nominated for such an award on our ‘home turf’ is an absolute honour and a well-deserved reflection of the hard work and dedication of the Excel Team. We frequently talk about our commitment to customer service – how we communicate with and serve our customers underpins the very fabric of our business and is the principal reason we are still going 25 years later. We are proud to be recognised for this core element of our business and to be shortlisted amongst the crème de la crème of the Lanarkshire business community .
We are looking forward to attending the awards ceremony gala dinner on Friday 2nd March which is set to be an excellent evening with STV presenter and Heart radio DJ David Farrell hosting the event.
