Yet another new product is off to a great start in our vending machines; the 9Bar range of seed bars have certainly proved extremely popular at our test sites and we look forward to introducing them to our customers during May.  

Packed full of energy, these bars are the perfect snack for those with an active lifestyle, or even those just experiencing yet another busy day.  Abundant in protein, they keep you fuller for longer, helping you to avoid empty calories.   Available in over 15 flavours, there’s something for everyone’s taste buds. Although we can’t stock all of the range in every machine, we will be testing and monitoring which are the most popular.  The selection includes: Peanut & Raisin, Hazelnut, Fruity, Chia Berry, Apricot and Strawberry, Almond & Raspberry, Peanut, and Cashew & Cocoa to name but a few.

For those not familiar with value of super seeds and nuts, it is worth noting they are nutritionally dense foods containing a wide range of nutrients including minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids like Omega-3.  Here are just some of the key benefits: 

• Magnesium, a key nutrient in pumpkin seeds, is a natural energy and metabolism booster, contributing to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 
• Sunflower seeds are a good source of thiamine, which helps protect and maintain energy.

SolarAid provides solar lights to those who need them most across Africa, with the eventual aim of eradicating dangerous, expensive and toxic kerosene lamps.  So every 9BAR sold will not only give long‑lasting energy to consumers, it will also provide a night’s clean, sustainable energy for a child in Africa.

It’s a truly worthy initiative they have aptly called ‘The Power of Seeds + The Power of Deeds’.
